In which regions do we ship?
In principle, we only deliver within Europe, the USA and Canada. However, if you have fallen in love with one of our bracelets and you are outside of our delivery zones, please feel free to send us a message. We will then discuss with you whether delivery to you is also possible.
How much does the shipping cost?
Shipping is completely free with us and you will not be charged. In addition, we offer shipment tracking for all shipments so that you always know where your delivery is at the moment.

I have ordered and now what?
As soon as we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation from us by e-mail. We will then process your order and you will receive another email with a shipping confirmation and your personal shipping details, usually after 1 to 2 working days. This also includes a tracking number assigned to your order.
How do I know that my order has been shipped?
Immediately after your order has been dispatched, you will be informed of this by e-mail. The e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you previously provided when ordering. We usually ship products within 2-3 days of receiving your order.
When does my order arrive?
As a rule, our deliveries arrive at your home within 14 days of dispatch. However, this may vary depending on the country and regional conditions. Should it not be possible for us to deliver your product within an acceptable period of time, you will be informed of this by us. We will then try to work out a suitable solution with you.
Can I change my order?
If you made a mistake when placing your order, please inform us immediately via our contact form. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will be happy to change it for you.
