After placing your order, it usually takes 2-3 days for your order to be shipped. As a rule, our deliveries arrive at your home within 14 days of dispatch. However, this may vary depending on the country and regional conditions.

Should it not be possible for us to deliver your delivery within an acceptable period of time, you will be informed of this by us. We will then try to work out a suitable solution with you.

As soon as the product is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail containing all further information for the follow-up (tracking) of your order.
